James Frey

I have fallen in love with James Frey.  He is the controversial author who lied to Oprah about his "memoir" which turned out to be exaggerated.  A friend recommended his book "Bright Shiny Morning" but when I got to the library, they only had A Million Little Pieces and after reading the synopsis, I thought it looked amazing so I got it.  I finished it in 2 days and then got the sequel "My Friend Leonard."  I recently finished "Bright Shiny Morning."  He's an unconventional writer and I found his thought process and stories to be fascinating.  Can't wait to read more from him!!!  Go out NOW and read it!
